Daytona Beach to Fort Lauderdale, FL

December 28, 2004 - January 5, 2005

A starter castle on the ICW

One of these things is not like the other....

Beach Street in Daytona Beach

Deb's family on Daytona Beach

The newest addition to the family

What's left of Daytona Beach after the hurricanes of 2004.  It used to be 300 feet wide.

Deb's parents and Uncle George and Aunt JoAnn waving goodbye as we left the dock in Daytona

Passing by Cape Canaveral.  Two lauch pads can be seen in the center and the left side of the photo.  The big NASA building is on right.

The Goodyear blimp under seagull escort

These gulls followed us for quite some time.  We think they were fishing in the shadow of our solar panel.

Our steering was making a clanking sound.  Linda went below decks and discovered one of the wheels was crooked.

Passing through Jupiter Inlet.  Note the color of the water.

Lighthouse and amazing tree in Jupiter

We waited an hour for maintenance on this bridge in Jupiter.

Typical home on the ICW

Sand from the beach collected for redistribution after the hurricanes

A perfect tree
